      You cannot start it from link URL in the mail text from your friend.
      Search for the corresponding URL by supported browser.


  • The video is disturbed during the Video conversation.

    • Is Communication environment good?
      Fast and stable communication environment is necessary for the Videophone.
      Communication may become unstable in the following places.
      ・A crowded place
      ・Place which is moving at a high speed, such as Shinkansen.
      ・The upper floors, of Tower Condo.
      ・Wide area with a good view

    • When you using Smartphone,launching an app other than a browser at the same time.
      Using applications other than the browser, such as when downloading an application.

      This may become unstable.
